Running Training Plans
As a keen and competitive runner for over 9 years I have designed and followed a number of training schedules. I have now designed my own schedules based on prior experience and results. I am a firm believer that you must combine running with a good stretching program. Strength training is also an excellent way of improving your overall running ability. Here you need to do the right exercises specific to the sport.
What works for one runner is not necessarily right for another. We are all individuals after all. Our levels of experience, age and ability are all factors to be taken into account when developing a running program.
Training plans
I can provide specific tailored plans aimed at whatever race distance you are attempting. This would commonly be for half marathons, marathons and even ultras.
