Running plans
These training plans are for people accustomed to running 2 or 3 days a week. Ideally you will be running 3 days a week and comfortably for 30 to 40 mins. The program will require you to build up your runs to either 4 or 5 days a week depending on the distance. So for starters you would be committing to 3 to 4 hours of running per week for a 5KM plan.
